Do not have option for candlestick

I wanted to simply ask a question. My information was redirected to some computer expert website that I didnt want.

I have an account with Robinhood under a different email and I don't remember the password for it

I have an account with Robinhood under the name of Claude Jims and the email address is Claude_James 25 @***.com I lost all my contacts on my phone and I didnt hide the Robinhood password it was on the phone so I didnt remember it I had to create a new email from since then Im trying to get to my account reestablished and I can I get help from nobody at all from Robinhood my phone number is 407-738-**** my new email address is Cloud_James 123@***.com its been a couple months Ive been trying to help and I cannot get help from nobody at all

Locked out of account

I tried to sign on today and 2 step verification popup appeared asking how I wished to be contacted today. The ONLY way ALLOWED was SMS . I could not change my telephone number, Could not email without downloading an APP which I do not want. I also do not wish to have my picture taken for facial recognition software etc. This is the worst company customer service I have ever had. The only people who could get into their accounts are HACKERS with other peoples credentials. Have someone contact me please>>>>>>
