I opened an account with this company. My email got hacked by someone on Robinhood's side tried to transfer 15K out of my checking account while I was in the hospital. When I tried to contact them several times, they told me my information was not correct and they ended the call after I asked to speak with someone in the US! This is totally unacceptable, and someone needs to get this corrected!!! They have already been sued several times over improper business practices. EX: screwing up people's accounts.

I was locked out of My Robinhood app?

I recently had a lock on my account (Logging in a restricted area) I live in The U.S. I thought i lost all my investments and Securitys, (I WAS WRONG) in two weeks Robinhood unlocked my app and all my investments and my money was exactly as i left it. I have money in my account I have been trying to withdraw. called robinhood, they said they would call back and never did. I need my money out of that account so I can close it. I dont have access to the bank to get a statement. They told me they would help me and didnt. cant contact them now because of the restriction on my account.

Company will not give me my money

i invested money and i want it back. the company refuses to give it to me. as such, it has stolen my money. there is no phone number to reach anyone. all emails generate an automated response. i put messages on company facebook page and still they can't return my money.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After contacting Pissed Consumer and BBB Robinhood responded and opened my account.Iโ€™ve since started to exit my positions.Butโ€ฆwhen I tried to transfer my account to Fidelity.

RH rejected the transfer.No explanation given yet.Robinhood is not customer friendly. You saw it when their owner screwed the GameStop and AMC trades.

I feel like a Hostage and will never use RH. After I exit.

Robinhood has locked my account for the past six months and Im unable to open it. Its almost impossible. Get in touch with them. Their emails are generic when they send them back to you. They locked my account originally because I had change the debit card to withdraw and I guess its at a red flag.. I requested phone callbacks. I requested my money through email just to talk to somebody its impossible. They keep telling me to submit photos and bank statements which I have but no one ever responds saying they received it. Its just the same generic AI response. I am at a loss I have $37,000 in there And I cant get it out. I have no idea what to do. I need my money and theyre holding it. Im not letting me get it.

I got scammed by supposed Robin Hood support. I did a Google search for the Robin Hood customer service and was routed to a scammer that told me the only way I could retrieve my money was by converting it to crypto and sending it. Well, I was duped by a scammer and lost over $1400! Robin Hood would not refund me because I was scammed and closed my account, even though I still have Bitcoin in the account. Robinhood is the most irresponsible financial company I have ever encountered.

RI cannot get into my robinhood account and have not been able to since creating it three years ago. Uneffingbelievable. No means to contact them because cant get into account and thats the only way they let you contact them. The phone number given them three years ago does not get sms messages so they offer no reasonable way to get in. Inhave been spending all evening trying to contact them and just get deadends. They should be shut down. How on earth can the sec allow this company to continue operating

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I was reached out to by their customer service.

I stand by the fact that their communication skills are terrible. After a lot of back and forth emailing it got resolved at the end of the day.

This is a very terrible and greedy company, with terrible support services. I transferred some money into my Robinhood brokerage account. I decided to get some bitcoins, then I tried sending it, but I was blocked. The next thing I knew, my account was under review, and I was restricted from transferring my money out. I reached out to support chat to understand why my account was under review, but the support representative couldn't give a straight response, instead telling to look out for emails from the review team. I received an email from the review team stating that my account would be under review for 7-10 days and would be reached out to for any documents needed. After then, I was never updated again. I had to reach out several times before I was asked to send a bank statement and answer some questions. I did everything that was asked but no progress. They took the option of me calling away from my account, and I can only communicate through email. After weeks, I was given feedback that they unfortunately have to discontinue their relationship with me, and it would take 15 days for the remediation process and the money would be sent back into the original bank account of payment. Today is the 17th day, but I haven't seen anything in my bank account. I sent an email three times today and was never replied to, even though emails are usually replied to in less than 2 hours. I checked my email to see that I was asked for feedback on how the customer service representative handled my case, even though I never got a reply. Furthermore, I need to know where my case stands. I've been on this issue with this company for the past 2 months. I see no reason why the funds are being held on to after Robinhood severed their relationship with me. I really need to be updated and not kept in the dark over MY money.
