Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After contacting Pissed Consumer and BBB Robinhood responded and opened my account.Iโve since started to exit my positions.Butโฆwhen I tried to transfer my account to Fidelity.
RH rejected the transfer.No explanation given yet.Robinhood is not customer friendly. You saw it when their owner screwed the GameStop and AMC trades.
I feel like a Hostage and will never use RH. After I exit.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I was reached out to by their customer service.
I stand by the fact that their communication skills are terrible. After a lot of back and forth emailing it got resolved at the end of the day.
