I have not recived the money that was deducted from my bank

On june 4rth the amout of $481 was deducted from my account. It never came to robinhood app. On june 5th abothet $481 was deducted but it never came as well. Just wana know updates on my amounts.

Can’t speak to a human on the phone ?

Entered all correct credentials for banking info and Im not able to transfer funds. Customer service has been a joke. Might stick with TD if I cant get a hold of ANYONE....

Someone made an account with your company and put down my email instead of their own. I want to get my email out of your system. I am tired of receiving their emails.

Worst Customer Service on the Plant

I hope you don't need assistance opening an account, good luck trying to get in touch with them via phone. Email, oh yeah that'll be another 24-48 hours, meanwhile the market is moving and I'm not invested. Why? I cannot get a customer service representative except via email!!!! The email is also a joke and clearly a template applied and my original question not reviewed. What a joke, just save yourself the time and frustration and go elsewhere.
