I opened my app today, I was investing 1200+ dollars. This morning it says I have -400 buying power and Im only investing 900. But I didnt take any losses for any stocks.

Missing stocks
Ive had shares taken from me multiple times but always returned. But recently like multiple other people I had multiple shares of Aurora Cannabis and suddenly they were gone when their value went up. After a complaint email was sent I recieved one share two days later. This is blatant theft!!!!!

Issue with my account
I am trying to get access to $1,000 on my account that you guys have locked up. It still shows it's in my account but I have no access to it. I tried to buy a percentage of Bitcoin and you locked my money down I did not get my percentage and I have no access to my thousand dollars. I called your number and they hang up on you immediately and tell you to go to your account I have had no luck going through my account. there's a pandemic going on everybody needs their money you should not take their access to their own money away from them. please do not make me have to contact the attorney general of the state of Missouri.
User's recommendation: Not to use your service very poor customer service. I've been trying to get this matter resolved for 2 days now. I call your phone number gives you a brief message and hangs up on you terrible customer relations.

Reactived my restrictions on my margin. It been two days already.
My restriction on my margin! I pay everything back on Friday, my margin restrictions should be good by Monday but It still restrictions my buying power!!!

I have my digital receipts for the three stocks of ACB have bought and many screenshots of them showing my ownership and now today it shows they are gone and up to seven dollars when I had bought in at $.95 just wondering whats going on
