Ive written my complaint three times. You keep asking me to write it again so here goes Can you do GTF trades? Can you do early a.m. or evening EXT trades????? Can you set up a spreadsheet telling the name of the stock, the daily gain, loss purchase price. Your website is very rudimentary compared to TD Ameritrade and many many others who do not charge for trades, also are available on the phone 24/7. There are dozens that offer much more free services than Robinhood. It seems your site is geared towards the dummy new trader which is insulting. You gave me a code to put in but it shows no place to do so Please dont ask me my complaint again or I will report you to the attorney general for my state. You bet your buyers with a free stock worth a measly $21.

User's recommendation: Use the real, long-term trading companies like TD Ameritrade etc. they do not charge anything and they offer much more services than Robinhood.

The *** Robinhood customer service not working by the phone , if you try to contact by email , you received answer around one week *** customer service !!!!

Sometime last January I open a Robinhood account I believe the username at that point was busmaster 4361 at yahoo.co I recently got a new phone and factory reset erase everything off my other phone since then I haven't been able to access my original account with a balance of $155 approximately of cryptocurrency when I log into my account now underbust master 4361 it shows zero balance and zero historyhow can I bridge this Gap and get back into my original account that you can probably see at your end my transfers are done using my TD Bank debit card. I have tried using your customer service help center app only to have you send me my username again I need to access my original account that was set up in January I either used do not remember the username that was utilized for opening that account I believe it was bustmaster4361@***.com.

They have been ignoring my emails since April 14th even before April 14th they were ignoring my emails over for over a week. They reached out to me asking me for a copy of my drivers license and social because apparently there was an active account (using my ss and dob) However they information they sent me, that person was spelling my name slightly different and using can email address I have never seen before. Since I sent my information to them proving that I am the right person, ghost...I havent heard from them, its now May 9th and not one response to the few emails I have sent asking why they stopped responding to me after I sent them copies of my social and drivers license. This is pretty scary and now I think it was all a scam to get copies of my drivers license and social

I bought 60 shares of UCO (ProShares Bloomberg Crude Oil ETF at 1.36. Today the stock rose up to 23.30 and now it says I only have 2 shares bought. Can you please explain this to me! I want to sell my shares and receive my money but I cant.
