I call to find out of a matter it shows I tried to transfer money from my account today but it wasn't me, I have money going to my account why would I try to transfer money from Robinhood knowing I don't have that amount in it? Now I have 6000usd going to Robinhood and can't even talk to customer service? This is rediculas!!! Come on people! Wake up!

IIt is very difficult to get to interact via the telephone. A lot of these modern tech oriented services place all consumers in a box and try to change communication and response behavior. They do this by using things such as FAQs, Chats & other non-conventional bi-communication. It becomes very time consuming & ineffectual as a great deal gets lost in translation. A simple phone call would be more concise and better communicated in most cases. By placing certain consumers in a box for a Bot, Chat, or hard to access actual person via telecommunications, places the consumer at a disadvantage and it gives the appearance that the merchant doesnt care, is hiding behind the challenge or fear of dealing with it. I simply wanted an open dialogue via verbal telecommunication to understand what Robinhood was telling me about my situation; and the agent associated with my case would not engage aside from my initial call (which took several days to connect). He did open a case via email, but I needed better bi-lateral communication. He simply would not pick up the phone. The transaction left me in a bad spot at a conference & has left a very terrible taste about the service and am considering moving to a competitor.

They never had any phone number they are fraud company. There automated service said that you can email us than someone can email you about the problem you have but we don't have any number to speak with you.

User's recommendation: Robinhood is really and really fraud company who won't have any phone number to speak in the phone. I got some problem in my login and from so many hours I talked with them in email but nobody solved my problem because I talked in PC not by phone.

I had leveled up to level three options and they took them away so pissed off

I have worked my way up to level three options then in June they took them away because they said my investment profile wasnt up-to-date but it was up-to-date their software just didnt recognize it or register it whatever now I cant reapply till 2025 I think thats crazy so angry right now hopefully they can do something to get me back where I was level three options
