I've been using Robinhood for my investments and I'm wondering how to withdraw money from my account. I tried searching for instructions but I couldn't find anything. Can you please explain how to withdraw money from Robinhood?

To withdraw money from Robinhood, follow these simple steps:
1. Open the Robinhood app and log in to your account.
2. Tap on the account icon located at the bottom right.
3. Go to the menu.
4. Select "Transfers" and then choose "Transfer money."
5. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and select your bank account.
6. Finally, tap on "Review" and then "Transfer" to complete the process.
Your money will be transferred from your Robinhood account to your bank account.

You will never hear from Robinhood customer service. 81% of customers received no solutions to their problems. See the Review Page. Why the Wall Street Journal would feature them on the front page is unbelievable!

  • limited volume;
  • market open conditions;
  • extended hours;
  • limited support at execution venues;
  • limit or stop price hasn’t been reached;
  • unstable market conditions.

According to the Robinhood help section, to buy a cryptocurrency you should follow these steps.

Web:

  • navigate to the cryptocurrency’s Detail page;
  • enter the amount you’d like to purchase into the order window on the right side of the screen;
  • click Review;
  • confirm your order.

iOS:
  • navigate to the cryptocurrency’s Detail page;
  • tap Trade;
  • tap Buy;
  • tap Order Types in the upper right order;
  • select your preferred order type;
  • confirm your order;
  • swipe up to submit your order.

Android:
  • navigate to the cryptocurrency’s Detail page;
  • tap Trade;
  • tap Buy;
  • tap Order Types in the upper right order;
  • select your preferred order type;
  • confirm your order;
  • swipe up to submit your order.

According to the Robinhood help section, you can change your phone number on Robinhood directly from the app.
You can also go to: Contact Us > I have a different question > Account > Update your info > Phone Number to change it.
When you change your phone number in order to log in, Robinhood should ask you to verify your identity to ensure your account's security.

According to Robinhood Help Center, the markets are open from 9:30 AM EST - 4 PM EST during normal business days.
With extended-hours trading, you’ll be able to trade during pre-market and after-hours sessions.
Pre-Market opens 30 minutes earlier, starting at 9:00 AM EST. After-Hours trading continues for 2 hours, until 6:00 PM EST.
You should consider the following points before engaging in extended-hours trading.
  • "Extended hours trading" means trading outside of “regular trading hours.”
  • “Regular trading hours” generally means the time between 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Some of your provided information may need additional verification or manual check by a Robinhood representative. In some cases, this may cause the account approval process to take up to five trading days. In order to cancel Robinhood account you should:

    1. Go to Robinhood app.
    2. Tap the Account (person) icon.
    3. Tap Settings. Tap Account Information.
    4. Tap Deactivate Account.

Follow the steps to close all your positions and withdraw your outstanding balance. Once your balance is $0.00 and your positions are closed, you will be able to confirm your deactivation request.

why was my account frozen?

I havent had my robinhood account very long and for some reason when someone I know was trying to transfer some money to me not only did robinhood keep rejecting the transfers they also froze my account and did not tell me why they froze it I feel like I've been punished when I didn't do a thing wrong

(CA Attorney General Rob Bonta). The settlement also resolves claims that the platform failed to fully disclose aspects of its trading and order-handling arrangements.

  • Tap Account Information.
  • Scroll and tap Deactivate Account.
