I have unsuccessfully tried to access my deceased husband's account to no avail. There is no place to ask for help.

When you do click on help, it brings you back to the login page for the account. As I no longer have the phone number linked to the account, there is simply no way I can access it.

Robinhood closed my account without providing any functional method to transfer my cryptocurrency (ETH) out of their platform, despite previously stating I had 60 days to complete such a transfer.

When I attempted to initiate a standard transfer of my ETH to my own personal wallet (Trust Wallet), Robinhood abruptly restricted my account and then fully closed it. They refused to provide any assistance or functioning transfer method.

All communication channels, including phone support and message support, were removed or disabled.

Robinhood then forced the sale of my ETH, resulting in a financial loss to me. I was given no choice, no alternative, and no explanation.

Previous lawsuit against Robinhood in California for these same allegations:

Robinhood Markets will pay $3.9 million for failing to let customers withdraw cryptocurrency from their accounts from 2018 to 2022.

(CA Attorney General Rob Bonta). The settlement also resolves claims that the platform failed to fully disclose aspects of its trading and order-handling arrangements.

Experience was good at first. I'm unable to login due to a forgotten password; support is a joke, no one emails you back at all.

I just want to login! They keep sending the same email that does absolutely nothing.

This company lacks adequate customer support; there are no phone numbers and no way to contact a real person. I sent several emails but only received recommendations on changing my password; it did not solve the problem at all.

I still cannot log into my account. When I try to log in, I see only this message: Unable to log in with provided credentials.

I'm being asked to complete a site review, but I'm currently locked out of my Robinhood account and unable to access it. Until account access is restored, I'm not able to meaningfully review the platform or take action on the account deficit I've been repeatedly notified about.

My priority is resolving the locked account and addressing the deficit in good faith. Please assist with restoring access or providing a direct resolution path as soon as possible.

I have received 2 text messages that someone is trying to access my account. I do not use this account and would like it closed. I would like a call back.

I am locked out of my account and there is no way to contact them. The only way to get a hold of them is to upload your driver's license, passport or other government ID.

That is the last thing I am willing to do with the poor excuse of a brokerage. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable company that you can call and talk to.

My old debit card broke in half so I need a new one.ive tried calling the 888 customer # but it keeps hanging up on me.please mail me a new card soon

I have tried to contact Robinhood because their verify will not work. They do not answer questions; they post lists of things that have very little to do with what you were asking for.

I asked to be called back; it's been over a day.

It amazes me that they can throw so much garbage out there but not answer your question. I just want to get my money out.

I no longer have access to the phone number and email that I set up my account with and I forgot the password. How can I get into my account?

I've always been loyal to their card, but that charge seems improper, especially since I didn't know that Robinhood had acquired this card. I thought my account was being cloned.

When I try to log in, you don't ever send a verification code back; therefore, it's impossible to log in. Your service sucks.

This is ridiculous I need a person. I have no other option at this time. Crazy that I can't get into my app & therefore can't do anything to protect myself from scammers.
