I couldn't sign into my account. My biometrics were not working.

I chatted with their customer service A.I., no help. That chatbot said that I would get a phone call within 24 hours from support. Around 20 hours later, I got a call from someone asking if I needed support from Robinhood. I said yes, and they asked me about the problem and then helped me to access my account.

We got in, and the tech support suggested that I add a wallet to put my items in so I could access it anytime without dealing with Robinhood's biometrics. I've heard about wallets before, and seeing how it's almost impossible to talk to anyone from R/H when you need them, it seemed like a good idea. I put my earnings into a wallet that belonged to a thief and lost everything I had. I figured this out while I was still talking to the hacker, so while I was arguing with him, I had my son chatting with R/H, telling them I was being hacked and to please freeze my account.

The best we got was that someone would call us back in 24 hours. I know I was stupid for giving out my information, but I never would have if R/H had not promised a callback to occur at the same time I received the hacker's call. For this reason, this coincidence made me suspicious if this hacker was an employee or getting info from an employee. I do know that it was the lack of customer care that allowed me to be taken in.

They said they were going to investigate, nothing, no questions for me, they just closed my account.

They replied only by online chat. When I asked why it takes days to send money to my bank, but yet when a hacker wants me to dump my earnings in a never-used wallet, it only takes seconds???

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I answered all their questions explain to them that my funds needed to be returned because they did not provide swapping or converting services for sending or receiving assets in New York and that should’ve been disclosed. I sent a copy to the SEC Finra and theFbi

I cannot understand that they could not explain why my account was closed and that they are not giving me back my balance that is just sitting there. I originally sent $50,000 and with the loss of asset value it turned into $44,612.

It is in cash, and it's my money. I tried to use the withdrawal steps when I received a message telling me the bank was not one they dealt with, which is wrong. We both use Chase Bank. I am 72 years old and cannot afford to just lose this money because Robinhood wants to keep it.

Please help. This is theft of funds from a public company.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Basically I solved the problem while their customer service rep was dragging along giving me many excuses due to my geographical location, but my whole purpose was to close my account after withdrawing my money. I eventually found a way to get into my account by using ID verification

I have invested money in stocks through Robinhood and have always been able to log in with a two-factor authentication method, but recently when a code is sent to my phone as listed on the site, my phone never receives the code so I cannot get into my account. They have me use Plaid to verify my bank, and I get a code from them, but at the end, it states we have run into a problem!

Every time this happens, it is frustrating because to contact support you have to be logged into your account, but I am unable to log in now and there is no support, nor contact number.

This is ridiculous and scary because I have my money invested in this company. Please help me get my money out, and I will never use this ridiculously inept company again!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Robinhood never called me.

After two weeks, I received an email stating that the account restriction had been lifted. Etrade botched my securities transfer, and Robinhood honored E-Trade's reclaim request without my consent.

It's now been a week,and I still have restrictions on my account. I cannot purchase or transfer any of my money.

I have responded immediately to every request and answered each question from the support team.

A new date alerting me of when I will be notified is shown every day, but nothing gets resolved. The date has now changed again to next week with no explanation—a horrific experience for a new customer.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The reason I could not reach a real support agent was because they (AI system) had me on hold from my last week's interactions.

Therefore whenever I contacted them, the AI never connect me to a live person chat, because it still see me waiting on cue to connect. It gave me an option to end that connection.

Then, I was able to connect and find out that the refund was done automatically without sending a receipt that explained it. Overall, I am satisfy with the outcome.

I accidentally sent money to my Robin Hood account and I want to get it back. I can see the receipt that shows the transfer has been completed under HISTORY.

I have contacted Robin Hood online using their support chat for three days now. They are giving me the run around, repeatedly asking if I want to chat with an agent. I just want to get my money back.

What is this? This makes no sense!

There is a technical bug or glitch error with my Robinhood account. I haven't found any restriction on my account; however, I can't log into my account with the correct email and password.

I have a balance in my account and they can't just rip me off like that. There is no real customer service.

I had emailed them and haven't received any single human response, besides a bot. When I try to log into my account, it keeps showing this statement.

The app suddenly wont open. At all.

Ever. Delete, reboot, and reinstall did NOT work. They say to contact support through the website OR the app. The website tells you to do everything through the app, and wont let you do anything on the web, not even log in.

The phone number on the website given to call is fully automated and tells you to request a call THROUGH THE APP. But you cant if the app wont open!! You cant talk to anyone or request anything on the phone, and they tell you to use the app or the website. Circular, fraudulent nightmare.

My money is tied up all week now. I cant do anything, see anything, or talk to anyone. This is unacceptable.

When our investments are on the line, this kind of service is going to make me contact an attorney to get my money back immediately and never use Robinhood again. I should have known to stick with the trusted tools of Schwab or Fidelity.

they decided to close my account because 'the name in the account doesn't match with the ID (the middle name is not in the account). So they decided to close the account.

It has been 2 months, and they don't answer back to my emails or transfer the funds to the linked bank.

Stay away from these scammers! Stay away.

UNABLE TO LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT!

A year ago I changed phones. At the time I remained logged in to my account and thought nothing of it.

Nine months ago, and almost every month since I tried to log in as appartently something changed in the App to log me out. My old phone was my verification through text message and since I no longer had that phone or number, I could not log in.

I have looked for every means possible to contact Robinhood to correct the situation but have not found anything available that will allow me to log in.

My guess is Robinhood only uses AI Algorythyms for online contact and by doing so, an inadvertant mistake on my part has resulted in the loss of a very miniscule amount of money which I invested through Robinhood.

Such a small amount may not be important to an Investment Platform such as Robinhood, but to me it means a lot.

I still receive email correspondence from Robinhood about my account, but it means little if I can not log in. Sometimes I hope that a representative from Robinhood would end my account and thus take affront with this review to make me believe there are real people that run the Platform.

I need to access my account to download the 2024 form 1099 for tax purposes.

I cannot log in to my account because the confirmation code that is supposedly sent to my email address never arrives.

I have received responses from four different people at privacy@***.com, but none of the responses have actually dealt with the problem.

I think there is a problem with your automated system that sends out the confirmation codes. Maybe the email address is incorrect.

Check it against the one in the FROM box at the beginning of this message.

Look at it carefully. There are two S's and the T comes before the L.

I am more than happy to talk to someone by phone to get this resolved.

Robinhood closed my account after they requested my social security card picture and a few other things, which I did send to them. They closed all my open positions, where I incurred some losses.

They were supposed to return my funds to my linked bank account. It's been more than a month and still no money in my account. They said they tried to call me, but I never got a call.

I have been using Robinhood for at least two years, and I have never had a problem until today. All of a sudden, there's a restriction on my account without any explanation, and they've also made it impossible to contact anyone because there is no phone number.

They've also even blocked the chat to their customer support. This is crap, and I am pulling my money once this ridiculous issue is resolved.

As a courtesy I tried to report a wallet address that was engaged in fraudulent activity. My account was not compromised and no personal or account information was giving to the fraudulent account.

During my attempt at communicating with the customer service agent, someone who did not have a good handle on the English language, she tagged my account for fraudulent activity which I did not know until the next day. I called customer service to have the restriction lifted so I could move my money and I was given every excuse why my account was restricted and there was nothing they could do until a mysterious review department, that doesnt have humans that apparently cant speak English and do not understand a calendar, completed the review of my account. The customer service agent said it would be three days. Today marks the tenth day my money is being held without my permission.

Ten days I have watched the market tank and my profits turn into losses because they refuse to lift the restriction on my account. If I can get whats left of my money out of my Robinhood account I am going to move it to an American brokerage, with American customer service, American offices, and anything else American I may have missed!!!

I have been to the Robinhood website, made many attempts to reset my password.

Your system is flawed. Put it 13 characters and it tells you to put in at least 10, put in exact matches and it tells you passwords dont match. Finally get it to match and it took me to some new account that needed finishing setup. asked for ID identification on three separate occasions.

I have done this I operation with drivers license and passport with no response. I am trying to send the bank information hoping you might take interest and trace this account . I have attempted to get my original Robinhood account which has my trades and money transfers going into it every two weeks. Robinhood does not make this easy.

Information from the bank is above. Evidently two accounts exist. Phone number has been changed from original account.
