I have unsuccessfully tried to access my deceased husband's account to no avail. There is no place to ask for help.

When you do click on help, it brings you back to the login page for the account. As I no longer have the phone number linked to the account, there is simply no way I can access it.

Robinhood closed my account without providing any functional method to transfer my cryptocurrency (ETH) out of their platform, despite previously stating I had 60 days to complete such a transfer.

When I attempted to initiate a standard transfer of my ETH to my own personal wallet (Trust Wallet), Robinhood abruptly restricted my account and then fully closed it. They refused to provide any assistance or functioning transfer method.

All communication channels, including phone support and message support, were removed or disabled.

Robinhood then forced the sale of my ETH, resulting in a financial loss to me. I was given no choice, no alternative, and no explanation.

Key issues: Robinhood stated I had 60 days to transfer crypto, but then refused to allow any transfer method My account was closed without meaningful notice or appeal Support was completely inaccessiblemessages, email, and phone numbers were disabled They force-sold my ETH at a loss, which appears to be against my interests I was denied the ability to self-custody my lawful assets despite being legally permitted to transfer crypto

Previous lawsuit against Robinhood in California for these same allegations:

Robinhood Markets will pay $3.9 million for failing to let customers withdraw cryptocurrency from their accounts from 2018 to 2022.

(CA Attorney General Rob Bonta). The settlement also resolves claims that the platform failed to fully disclose aspects of its trading and order-handling arrangements.

I've always been loyal to their card, but that charge seems improper, especially since I didn't know that Robinhood had acquired this card. I thought my account was being cloned.

It's not fair to charge $200 for a fee i need a refund in order to continue using the card. Thanks!!

After informing me I still had $38K remaining in my Robinhood cash account owed to me, they changed my account status to owing them $111K. This is not even possible as they disabled my account on 8-4-2025 and said they were closing it and returning all money.

After 16 days, they returned $1,100,000.00 with $38K remaining. I demanded it back, and I could tell they were going to try and rob me.

Now they are claiming I owe them $111K, which is impossible because after the Aug 4 deactivation of my account and notice of account closure, there was no way to complete any type of transaction as to where I could owe any funds. I want my $38K back immediately and all funds transferred back to my bank.

It is impossible to recover your account if you get married, change your name to your married name, and do not have access to your old email address. Their account 'recovery' tools are useless because they do not allow you to proceed without logging in to your account!

And you absolutely cannot request to talk to a human to explain the situation without logging on to your account!

Wth!??? If I had this to do over again, I would never use this platform.

They decided to close my account (for no apparent reason). They then sold the bitcoin in my account worth $1.2M.

Pursuant to federal law, they are required to return my money immediately. Instead, they stall and delay, refusing to give me my money back. They don't have a phone number to speak to a live person. They blocked me from their support chat.

I need my money back or I will lose my home and my business. There are hundreds of complaints against Robinhood all over the internet. The SEC just fined them $45M on another matter. They are corrupt and need to be stopped.

I need some help exposing them and getting my money back. Can someone please help me?

Im writing my review/complaint on pissedconsumer.com a scam reporting website in which Robinhood has 6258 complaints. Im surprised nobody has murdered someone there yet.

Listen, they have until Monday at 5:00 PM to return my $1.3M to my bank.

I think you already know whats going to happen if they dont.

l will probably do life in prison but someone there will wish they returned my money. At that moment they will know it will be too late to do anything but pray.

So they better return my money now while they still can.

Seen a lot of bag pumpers and spammers on this site cry their hearts out when thieves been banned from the platform for doing everything they were not supposed to do.

Yes, I am having problems with my two-step authentication as I have no phone at the moment and cannot receive my SMS text message to enter the code in. The face recognition is fine; just the SMS text is my problem.

I cannot get in. The best contact is by email, not phone, as I have no phone at the moment.
