Theft/hack
Robinhood chooses to ignore my concerns. By doing this they are showing their lack of concern about how this happened and how it can be avoided.
I couldn't sign into my account. My biometrics were not working.
I chatted with their customer service A.I., no help. That chatbot said that I would get a phone call within 24 hours from support. Around 20 hours later, I got a call from someone asking if I needed support from Robinhood. I said yes, and they asked me about the problem and then helped me to access my account.
We got in, and the tech support suggested that I add a wallet to put my items in so I could access it anytime without dealing with Robinhood's biometrics. I've heard about wallets before, and seeing how it's almost impossible to talk to anyone from R/H when you need them, it seemed like a good idea. I put my earnings into a wallet that belonged to a thief and lost everything I had. I figured this out while I was still talking to the hacker, so while I was arguing with him, I had my son chatting with R/H, telling them I was being hacked and to please freeze my account.
The best we got was that someone would call us back in 24 hours. I know I was stupid for giving out my information, but I never would have if R/H had not promised a callback to occur at the same time I received the hacker's call. For this reason, this coincidence made me suspicious if this hacker was an employee or getting info from an employee. I do know that it was the lack of customer care that allowed me to be taken in.
They said they were going to investigate, nothing, no questions for me, they just closed my account.
They replied only by online chat. When I asked why it takes days to send money to my bank, but yet when a hacker wants me to dump my earnings in a never-used wallet, it only takes seconds???

So stupid *** pissed
- - The app is confusing and both users were blocked.
- - Support called the helper a scammer.
- - They demand face verification and won't refund.
I tried to work that confusing-ass app myself and couldnt make heads or tails of itthe whole thing is just way too complicated for its own good. So, I asked my friend to help me out since he actually knew what he was doing, and what do y'all do?
Blocked both of us clean out!
Then, when I actually try to get ahold of someone to sort it out, y'all start calling my friend a scammer and throwing all kinds of stupid, nosy questions my way. The minute I try to just wash my hands of this and take my money out, y'all start demanding a face verificationand even after all that, you still won't give me my damn money back!
Its my cash, I want it out, and I am completely done jumping through your ridiculous hoops!

- - Platform blocked wires and crypto transfers to Coinexx.
- - Police found Coinexx legitimate, appeals review unclear, and losses over 35k.
Robinhood stopped me from being able to wire money to Robinhood, buy crypto, and transfer it to Coinexx. Customer service rep said Coinexx is an investment scam (false) and said Robinhood does not send crypto to Coinexx via ERC20 transfers (also false).
Robinhood also said that I participated in fraudulent activities (false) and actually called the police to come to my house to investigate. The police did a thorough investigation and found that Coinexx is a legitimate Forex trading exchange that Robinhood does business with and that I had done absolutely nothing wrong. A police report is available. Customer service said the closing of my account would be reviewed by appeals, and I'm pretty sure that never happened.
Preventing me from doing this cost me over $35,000 in trading losses due to a margin call.
Had I been able to transfer the crypto, I would have won my trades and made about $2,500. So, what should I do now?

They restored access to my brokerage acct on Robinhood. Sent emails several times a day.
I ended up troubleshooting the problem myself and when I finally able to contact the right person. My access to my accounr was restored exactly an entire week with no access.
But it never sent me the code. I tried the selfie photo it used to verify my ID, but as soon as it verified my photo, it tried to text me another verification code, which again I never received. So, I called this number I found (***), and they gave me a runaround, having me sign into my Cash App account, then my bank account, then my PayPal account, and finally my Uber account. I think I've been scammed.
They told me my Robinhood had been hacked and that someone had switched my phone with their phone number, which is why I wasn't receiving my verification code texts. This is all very frustrating. I have a little over $20,700 in my Robinhood account.

I got locked out of my account
I lost my phone number, so I got a new number, and I forgot my email address. Now I'm locked out of my account.
When I try to get a hold of Robinhood through the app, I try to go to recovery, but it sends a verification code to the number I lost. How can I get the message with the number I don't have anymore?

Unable to reach anyone that works for Robinhood

My name is Marcin Debski and I have an account that I cant log into. I tried changing the password, I tried calling but Robinhood phone number is useless since it wont connect me with anyone.
I sent multiple emails and all I get in response are automated emails that tell me to request help through the app that I cant log into.
I also tried logging in on a computer and I get the same message unable to log in with provided credentials. Considering that I have a substantial amount of money in the account, I am livid that no one will respond to my emails.

I do not deal with someone who I cannot contact by phone. Something is sketchy about this and I want nothing more to do with this.
