Robinhood chooses to ignore my concerns. By doing this they are showing their lack of concern about how this happened and how it can be avoided.
I couldn't sign into my account. My biometrics were not working.
I chatted with their customer service A.I., no help. That chatbot said that I would get a phone call within 24 hours from support. Around 20 hours later, I got a call from someone asking if I needed support from Robinhood. I said yes, and they asked me about the problem and then helped me to access my account.
We got in, and the tech support suggested that I add a wallet to put my items in so I could access it anytime without dealing with Robinhood's biometrics. I've heard about wallets before, and seeing how it's almost impossible to talk to anyone from R/H when you need them, it seemed like a good idea. I put my earnings into a wallet that belonged to a thief and lost everything I had. I figured this out while I was still talking to the hacker, so while I was arguing with him, I had my son chatting with R/H, telling them I was being hacked and to please freeze my account.
The best we got was that someone would call us back in 24 hours. I know I was stupid for giving out my information, but I never would have if R/H had not promised a callback to occur at the same time I received the hacker's call. For this reason, this coincidence made me suspicious if this hacker was an employee or getting info from an employee. I do know that it was the lack of customer care that allowed me to be taken in.
They said they were going to investigate, nothing, no questions for me, they just closed my account.
They replied only by online chat. When I asked why it takes days to send money to my bank, but yet when a hacker wants me to dump my earnings in a never-used wallet, it only takes seconds???

I made a payment last week towards my credit card. My total on my credit card for my credit is $7000 at the time I used about $5000 worth of credit on the card.
I made a payment for $4000 leaving the remaining balance of $1000.
I just used the card yesterday and made a payment for 1400 right after I did that I received a message informing me that my limit on my max on my card was almost reached and I did not understand. Why can someone please explain to me why the card is doing this and it is not showing my new balance or my new remaining credit since I made payment.

I have unsuccessfully tried to access my deceased husband's account to no avail. There is no place to ask for help.
When you do click on help, it brings you back to the login page for the account. As I no longer have the phone number linked to the account, there is simply no way I can access it.

Robinhood closed my account without providing any functional method to transfer my cryptocurrency (ETH) out of their platform, despite previously stating I had 60 days to complete such a transfer.
When I attempted to initiate a standard transfer of my ETH to my own personal wallet (Trust Wallet), Robinhood abruptly restricted my account and then fully closed it. They refused to provide any assistance or functioning transfer method.
All communication channels, including phone support and message support, were removed or disabled.
Robinhood then forced the sale of my ETH, resulting in a financial loss to me. I was given no choice, no alternative, and no explanation.

I was due a 2% math for a $20,000 transfer Went to help and both said i never made any deposit. I kept asking to speak to agent.
After 4 tries finally I could get call back. The agent said he would have to put me in hold to investigate. When he came back he said tje reason it did show up was I made 2 transfers close to each other( I week apart) said it would take 3 weeks to recieve the money I was due. I asked why I had to wait 3 weeks for Robinhoods mistake.
He said it was not a mistake. I am now questioning how safe my money is if there mistakes can take 3 weeks to fix

Dear robinhood customer support, my name is Thomas schotts, and i am reaching out to request assistance recovering access to my Robinhood account. In 2024, i purchased a stock through my Robinhood account, and at the time, the account had approximately $212 in that position.
Unfortunately, shortly after making that purchase, i broke my cheap phone i had. Because of this, I lost access to the phone number and email address associated with the account. Since then, I have been completely locked out of my account. i have attempted multiple methods to regain access through your website, but the 2point verification, those attempts didnt get me very far.
At this point, I am unsure what else I can do to recover my account. I would greatly appreciate you help in verifying my identity and restoring access to my account so that I can manage the funds that are still in it. They have no customer service whats so ever so situations like mine. Im going to sue robinhood over this. Ill see a lot more than the 200 on my lost account. I kept records of my request.

They'll put you into programs, at a cost, and charge your bank account. Then they'll make it impossible to contact them.
When I try to log in, you don't ever send a verification code back; therefore, it's impossible to log in. Your service sucks.
