I need to log into my account immediately.

I worked my way up to level three options and was a happy customer till they removed level 3 options trading so angry about this

I had work my way up to level three options and recently in June and had them taken away and put it back to level two and the reason why they said was my investment profile wasnt up-to-date but it was I dont know if it didnt register because I was on the app and not the website I dont know but Im a very pissed off customer and withdraw all my money. I will put it back when they fix this issue already had a case open and talk to customer support they didnt fix anything in fact they made it to where I cant reapply till 2025 which is ridiculous.

Not able to withdraw money

Closing on a home purchase, unable to transfer more than 50k out of account. They told me to do wire transfer, I sent all instructions as requested with information. It's been days, no one has even looked at it or responded to my many emails. This is illegal practices to withhold someone's money. I'm at risk of losing contract because cannot get my money out of Robinhood. All other brokerages it was no issues at all. Be very careful. I have learned my lesson and will never have bigger amounts in this shady company. Beyond frustrating and upsetting to have to deal with begging for my funds to be transferred.

User's recommendation: STAY AWAY use a real brokerage where can get help and don't steal your money.

Account hacked. No customer service

My account was hacked and I can't even access it. Changed password and still acts as if I'm opening a new account. Robinhood has no security. DO NOT link a bank account either. Anybody who's had the same problem please contact me for the class action law suit I'm about to rain down on this company.

Have not gotten a response. I have been trying to resolved my case after they overdrafted my account and then sent 400$ out into no where and they are telling me I have to keep waiting its been over two weeks.

Get hacked don’t even call

I can't get a hold of anyone to get to my account

I jumped through hoops to get your number and then it went to recording and told me to go to the website, which I've been doing for the last 2 days

User's recommendation: I've done everything to get to my account for the last 2 days and I can't get back in and I've tried calling them after jumping though hoops to get the phone # and it went to a recording and hung up after it was done I'm at a loss now now one will get back to me. Ive been using the app for a couple of years now and this is how they treat you. My next step is contacting a lawyer.
