Did not like the experience with customer service they don't know their products and services in my op. The deposit timing is too long for to post to your act. they need to impor in customer service and the deposit timing. will not return here again and not recommend this to my family and others. hope it get better in the further in time.

Been locked out of my account since February. I sent them everything they needed to verify it's me. Still nothing. I look up # on Google none work. I tried # on here. Doesn't work. It's recording to use the app. I CANT IM LOCKED OUT!!!

I received a message saying my account has been deactivated but I dont know why or how to access my account or stocks that were in the account can someone please contact me its been *** trying to talk to someone about this its very bad that I had to go online and do a search just to find a way to contact customer service

I have been trying to activate my card for 2days. You make this impossible I have a new phone number that I tried to update in the app but it says the phone number is already on file. But when I got a call back on Thursday you called my old phone number. Is there ANYONE there that can tell me how to activate my debit card?? It should be simple but you make it impossible!!

It would not recognize my TIAA bank account so that I can connect it to it

That is the saddest I've ever seen of a lack of customer available it is frustrating and makes everything about the Robin Hood Bank online or through the app completely useless when you're trying to sign up and get started. How could anything be like that and not have a possible number for you to get support? How could that even be a quality banking service? It couldn't be it would be impossible and it loses it value and why would anyone want to sign up with you and your services if you don't even have a way to get a hold of them on the phone for any reason if you ever needed them to be available then just aren't there.

User's recommendation: Yeah if you can't provide a customer support number to actually get a real live agent to help you or walk you through an issue successfully, then then maybe you could at least a blind a call back when requested all little bit quicker than you do that would be wonderful.

For the time Ive had my humble account, I have yet to understand how to effectively communicate with Robinhood. Both numbers are computers that send you into a deliberately round Robin. Robinhood -Round Robin! I first requested help concerning the shares and can a client have theirs in hand? No answer. I asked how to transfer funds to my Robinhood card. Ignored. I asked help changing my bank account to another account so I could setup my new recurring payments each month. Again no reply?

Sucks that you can't get phone contact service
