Terrible customer service.

Company expects customers to allow them to be custodians of their money with zero customer service and limited ability to contact them.

User's recommendation: Find a company that values cummunication. I will be moving to one shortly.

Husband finally connected, don't know how, and I withdrew my money from the company.

Customer service. First you can't reach them by phone and when trying to find help you are sent to a help page which doesn't provide what I need. I sure do miss the days of people talking to people!!

User's recommendation: Be aware customer support is poor to say the least!

Imposible to talk to them

Im not able to withdraw money, Ive been trying to reach them but its been impossible to talk with customer service
