I had leveled up to level three options and they took them away so pissed off

I have worked my way up to level three options then in June they took them away because they said my investment profile wasnt up-to-date but it was up-to-date their software just didnt recognize it or register it whatever now I cant reapply till 2025 I think thats crazy so angry right now hopefully they can do something to get me back where I was level three options

They didnt reply but i found the answer to my problem on my own thanks. It would just be easier if they had a number to call to actually speak with someone.

Have been locked out of my account for a month...

I have been on the phone with Robinhood support people for HOURS over the past few weeks, and they still have not gotten me access to my account, which I opened over 1 year ago and never had a problem. Your customer support people and their phone numbers are as follows: - Lyle: 669-254-**** ( Location is Campbell, CA ) - Frank: 650-481-**** ( Location is Redwood City, CA ) Via text yesterday and today I have asked them for a return call to wrap things up, but they have not responded. THIS MUST BE HANDLED NOW !! Thank you.

Request phone call

I cant get into my account because I have a new number. And Ive tried their verification method 3 things already. Trying to get a number is Impossible and thats just bad business in my opinion hopefully they can get their act together and actually help the customers with service.

I can't reach a live agent, they just keep sending me the same unhelpful emails I still have no tax papers. I have been trying to resolve this issue for several weeks now. With still no results.
