Withdrawl of $300, Feb 23rd confirmed by Robinhood, has not been deposited yet. They refuse to help, they refuse to trace, call my Bank, refused to conference call and have blamed me and my Bank, ignoring FTC, SEC, FINRA, RICO ACT.Today I find out they have been found lacking professional, legal practices.
I am a $2100, acct. Small investor, $300 is a lot of money for me,

Verified ReviewerI want to close my account and there is no way to speak to No one. I received a message that had a approval code and I did not request one. No way for me to close my account.
Someone requested an approval code and it was not me. They said if it wasn't me to call this number.
I called that number and when they answered it sounded strange, so I told them I did not believe them and they hung up. So I started researching for a phone number to contact Robinhood to find that there are no numbers to contact Robinhood.

Verified ReviewerThey stold my account and all my stocks. and i have been trying for weeks but they refuse to call or assist in anyway possible.
I was away for a couple of months and reset my password; suddenly, I had a new account showing I had nothing. I took pictures of my driver's license front and back, a picture of myself, and it was unacceptable. That is absolutely ridiculous; I feel like they are avoiding me on purpose.

Fraud Visa cards mailed to both my husband and me
We are experiencing identity fraud, which included theft of our phone numbers. We were mailed Visa cards (2) that we did not apply for, nor want. Since we are unable to reach you by phone and are fed up with AI, I will filing a complaint with FTC against you.

Missing matching funds
- - I was due a $20,000 transfer but was told I never deposited.
- - Agent said two transfers a week apart caused a 3-week hold and it wasn't a mistake.
I was due a 2% math for a $20,000 transfer Went to help and both said i never made any deposit. I kept asking to speak to agent.
After 4 tries finally I could get call back. The agent said he would have to put me in hold to investigate. When he came back he said tje reason it did show up was I made 2 transfers close to each other( I week apart) said it would take 3 weeks to recieve the money I was due. I asked why I had to wait 3 weeks for Robinhoods mistake.
He said it was not a mistake. I am now questioning how safe my money is if there mistakes can take 3 weeks to fix

- Did not pay it and say 3 weeks but who knows how long it will take

Request for Assistance Recovering My Robinhood Account

Dear robinhood customer support, my name is ***, and i am reaching out to request assistance recovering access to my Robinhood account. In 2024, i purchased a stock through my Robinhood account, and at the time, the account had approximately $212 in that position.
Unfortunately, shortly after making that purchase, i broke my cheap phone i had. Because of this, I lost access to the phone number and email address associated with the account. Since then, I have been completely locked out of my account. i have attempted multiple methods to regain access through your website, but the 2point verification, those attempts didnt get me very far.
At this point, I am unsure what else I can do to recover my account. I would greatly appreciate you help in verifying my identity and restoring access to my account so that I can manage the funds that are still in it. I am more than willing to provide identification and or answer any additional verification information necessary to prove ownership of the account.
Please let me know what steps i should take next or what information you may need from me to move forward. Thank you for your time and assistance.

User's recommendation: I just want help but apparently Robinhood is just a bunch of thieves and hasn't responded to my multiple requests. They have no customer service whats so ever so situations like mine. Im going to sue robinhood over this. Ill see a lot more than the 200 on my lost account. I kept records of my request.

Trues emailing Robin Hood calling tech support tried chat. Still nothing wife can’t log in to her account
My wife cant login to her account by email saying its invalid we found a phone number an still no help trying logging in by her name an says ERROR

Resolved: Unable to log in
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Watch them.
They'll put you into programs, at a cost, and charge your bank account. Then they'll make it impossible to contact them.
When I try to log in, you don't ever send a verification code back; therefore, it's impossible to log in. Your service sucks.

I HAVE SENT YOUR HELP SUPPORT AT LEAST...

I have sent your help support at least 5 messages that have a picture of my Georgia driver's license. You claim you did not get it.
I have been trying to close my account for 6 months. I hope it is not deliberate on your part. It is costing me money. Any I can fax it to, if so, give me a fax number.
I am at my wit's end with Robinhood. Check all my chats.

Absolutely horrible but not recommended to anyone I had to pay taxes and $1700 in my account and can I get a hold of anyone they shut my account down can’t get the money ready get a lawyer I’m over it

It gets worse because evil-criminal managers only know is to retailiate. So now they asked if I wanted to change my email to something like mu....@ You can see they up this activity because my emails match with my name, so if anything it would be ma...@ or pa....@.
This is a way to steal my remaining funds that these greedy bastards do to intentionally locked my account to not send the $300, and sell whats in the account for personal gain.
I need to get out of this american company nightmare, $45Million is a lot not to correct their activity as the SEC demanded they do. Robinhood must have been hiring criminal pale faces from South Africa or Baltic States that only know evil wicked things to do to their citizens in those countries
