So I have been having issues with Robinhood letting me withdrawal my money to my bank account. So I've been talking back and forth with support as to what I need to do to fix this and I guess the issue was that I was trying to withdrawal the money into a separate account than what I deposited the money from, and they wanted me to send them a statement from each account.
Well I sent them the one I was attempting to deposit the money into but I haven't been able to send them the statement from the other one because it belongs to my ex-boyfriend (he was the one who helped me open my account) and I received an email this morning telling me that they are closing my account and this is a final decision. ARE YOU KIDDING ME So I just get to lose out and on my $5,000 that invested in Robinhood because of what reason? Im pissed.
If I thought this would be an issue I would have made sure I deposited the money from and account that was my own. I could really use some help on this.
User's recommendation: Make sure that when you deposit money to your account that you’re the owner of the account and that you’ll be able to withdrawal it into the same one when you’re ready to.

Robinhood Pros: Easy to understand.
Robinhood Cons: Would not let me withdrawal my money into my bank account, No phone number.

My money has been locked as well. I cannot make any purchases or withdraw my money. This is a scam
